Dona Helena is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grapes of Castelão from Palmela Region. The wine has been submitted to a short maceration at cold prior to being fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine has stayed in stainless steel tanks for 9 months prior to being bottled.

Dona Helena is a fresh and dried red wine, that features a very young and fruity profile, with ripe red fruit aromas, dried and mineral notes and good acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Quinta do Vallado Reserva Field Blend is an extraordinary and age-worthy red wine. It's a powerful wine, ripe, fruity, packed with black figs and black plum aromas and balsamic oak notes. It has a tight character recalling schist soil with mineral notes, robust tannins and a very complex ending.
Bright grenade colour. Aromas with mineral notes, very delicate fruit. In the mouth it presents light notes to fine spices, smoked and balsamic notes. It is a wine with moderate acidity, light and balanced.
Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Bastardo is an extremely elegant, eclectic red wine with a delicious aromatic intensity. In its bouquet of aromas, the flavors of ripe red fruits, notes of flowers, vanilla, cloves and peppers stand out. Its soft and fresh tannins end in a juicy and smooth acidity.
Quinta da Pedra Escrita Reserva is a complex red wine, virtuous, aromatically intense and structurally solid. It presents closed and austere tannins balanced by intense aromas of red fruits, floral nuances and balsamic notes. It is a red wine full of vigour and freshness and polished acidity.
Sagrado is an elegant, fruity and very balanced red wine from the Douro region. Combines notes of young ripe black fruits, with mineral notes and floral aromas of violets. It presents a velvety texture, polished tannins and exquisite acidity.
Vale Dona Maria VVV Valleys, is a red wine from the Douro region with an austere profile, imposing structure and vigorous aromas. Full of ripe black fruit aromas, it is a red wine of powerful and complex tannins, notes of excellent woods, dry and mineral character and with a dazzling acidity.
