Feuerheerd's Anchor Wine is a red wine from the Douro, full of elegance, authenticity and pure in its aromas. It highlights aromas of wild red fruits together with black fruits such as black plums and cherries with a delicate perfume of violets. It is an extraordinarily elegant red wine with polished and round tannins and extraordinarily subtle acidity.
Winemaking:
Feuerheer's Anchor Wine is a red wine produced from red grapes of old vines of Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Roriz, and Touriga Nacional of the Douro wine region. After partial destemming, the wine was fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it remained for 4 months prior to being bottled.

Feuerheerd's Anchor Wine is an extraordinarily elegant, velvety and clear red wine from the Douro wine region. It displays wild red fruits with notes of dark chocolate and abundant ripe plums. It is a full-bodied red wine, polished and rounded tannins and crunchy acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
