Ramos Pinto White Port is a very aromatic white Port wine that displays fragrances of orange blossoms and citrus aromas with hints of honey and marmalade. It is a wine of mild sweetness, very fresh, and acidity with a tangerine aroma.
Winemaking:
Ramos Pinto White Port is a White Port wine produced from autochthonous white grapes varieties such as Códega, Viosinho, Rabigato, and Arinto. The grapes were foot trodden in granitic Lagares and after a long maceration, the fermentation process took place at controlled temperatures. When the wine had achieved the sweetness desired the wine spirit (Aguardente), was added to stop the fermentation. The wine was then transferred to oak vats where it has stayed for an average period of 3-5 years old, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Ramos Pinto Porto Branco is an elegant, exuberant and delicate white port. It presents citrus aromas very well integrated with notes of white flowers, quince jelly and honey. It is a very delicate white Port, aromatic and with fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Serve temperature 8-10°C.
