Beira is an organic white wine produced from grown organic white grapes in the Beira Interior wine region. It's an intense and complex white wine, with floral fragrances, citric nuances, and fresh and mineral notes along with well-balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Beyra is an organic white wine produced with organic white grapes of Siria, Fonte Cal, Malvasia Fina and Rabo-de-Ovelha grown in the Beira Interior wine Region. After the pressing process, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats and it has stayed for 3 months, being subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being bottled.
Grape Varieties:
Syrah, Fonte Cal, Malvasia Fina, Rabo-de-Ovelha.
Tasting Notes:
Beira is a young and complex organic white wine which features an intense and deep mineral structure, alongside wonderful citric nuances and a poised acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
