Winemaking:
After harvesting the grapes are cooled, and gently pressed through mechanical presses. Following is a clarification and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. At the end the vineyard was for 6 months under fine lees with a regular betonnage. Before bottling the wine is stabilized. This wine is not aged in wooden barrels.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store in cool place (18ºC). Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Lime green color. Citrus fragrances with intense floral predominance. Full but smooth and fresh with good structure and ripe tannins. Ends dry full of minerality and freshness.
