Olho De Mocho Reserva is an intensely fruity red wine, rich and opulent in its aromas. It displays notes of ripe black fruits, and high-quality balsamic notes, such as delicious vanilla hints, spices and dry tobacco leaf, along with silky and juicy tannins and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Olho De Mocho Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouchet, and Trincadeira planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels for 16 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Olho De Mocho Reserva ist ein intensiv fruchtiger Rotwein mit reichen und opulenten Aromen. Er zeigt Noten von reifen schwarzen Früchten und hochwertige balsamische Noten wie köstliche Vanillenoten, Gewürze und trockene Tabakblätter, zusammen mit seidigen und saftigen Tanninen und fantastischer Säure.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
