Cadão Reserva is a robust and concentrated red wine from the Douro wine region. It is a complex, fruity red wine with delicate floral notes and balsamic perfume. It has delicate spice notes, a lot of fruit concentration, solid tannins and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Cadão Reserva is a red wine produced from red grapes from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz from the Douro wine region. After partial destemming, and pressing, the wine was macerated for a short period with the skins prior to being transferred to stainless steel tanks where the fermentation process has taken place. The wine has been bottled after 3 years of ageing.

Cadão Reserva is a red wine from the Douro wine region, complex, elegant with unusual elegance and sobriety. It is a red wine that presents a great aromatic concentration with notes of ripe red fruits, delicate floral notes and balsamic perfumes. Finishes fresh, full-bodied, velvety and with balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
