Winemaking:
Dona Maria is a red wine produced from red grapes of Aragonêz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah planted in the Alentejo region. After fermentation, at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels and American oak barrels, where it staged for 6 months before being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Dona Maria is a red wine from the Alentejo region that presents us with a clear and vivid violet color. It has a very complex aroma of red fruits and berries with a small toast. In the mouth is very persistence but equally balanced and round with a good structure and acidity that will allow it to age very well.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Fita Preta Chão dos Eremitas os Paulistas is a complex red wine with an open and elegant aromatic bouquet. It presents good aromatic intensity, highlighting wild red fruit notes, residual resin aromas, floral nuances and basaltic aromas. It is a red wine of great depth, polished tannins and very balanced acidity.

Susana Esteban Sidecar is a wine full of character with clean and intense aromas of ripe black fruit, and with fresh and mineral notes of wild red fruits. It is a wine resulting from a blend of distinguishing fruity aromas that combine in a wine of austere and powerful tannins, notes of lots of ripe fruit and a lot of minerality.
Vallado Vinha da Granja is a very robust red wine from the Douro region. On the nose, it has notes of oak, fig and black fruits. In the mouth, it is very seductive and mature, with satin tannins, refreshing acidity, and a complex finish.
Deep garnet coloured. Rich and intense aroma of red fruit and spices. Round and smooth taste with a long finish.
Casa Ermelinda Freitas Reserva Merlot is a lush and elegant red wine from the region of Peninsula de Setubal. It presents an intense aromatic profile, dominated by notes of very mature black fruits, wild aromas, spices and balsâmic notes. It is a wine of soft tannins, very balanced and with extraordinary acidity.
