Cortes de Cima is a red wine produced with exclusively Touriga Nacional red grapes from the region of Alentejo. After a prolonged maceration the fermentation process occurred at low and controlled temperatures. The wine was stayed, for 8 months, in French oak barrels until bottling.

Cortes de Cima Touriga Nacional is a red wine from the Alentejo full of berries. It is spicy and fragrant with dry tannins, along with rich fruits and the smoothing effect of the ageing into the wood.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
